Booking Process

We understand that not everyone will be traveling on the same dates or looking for the same level of experience, and we will personalize each reservation accordingly. Getting Started We will provide a simple form to gather the information needed to create your reservation, including: Full legal names (exactly as they appear on passports) – especially important for children, as Beaches pricing is age-based Address Best phone number Preferred email address Deposits & Payments A $400 deposit per room is required to reserve your accommodations Payment is made directly to Beaches (you will see Unique Vacations on your credit card statement, which is the official booking partner for Sandals & Beaches) Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel Reservations are fully refundable up to 45 days before travel Flexibility & Support Until final payment, we can assist with: Changing travel dates Modifying room categories Applying promotions (including 777 Sales when available) Ensuring all eligible discounts are applied (including military and first responder benefits) We can also place a complimentary temporary hold on a room for a few days if you need time to consider your options.
